do you mean they don't save after you end stream or do you mean you don't know how to highlight them?

if it's the former you'll need to go to streams settings & turn on "Store past broadcasts" & "Always Publish VODs" that way they will be viewable for 7 to 14 days before being deleted.

I'd suggest connecting your twitch to your YT & using the export button, you'll still have to export each video one at a time but it'll be much faster then downloading them to your pc & then again to YT. Then after that just make it a habit to export your vod after every stream in the future.
