Judge Ho is praying he’s on the appellate panel so he can continue his SCOTUS audition by granting an emergency stay of this ruling on whatever b.s. grounds he can think of.

The US District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana ruled today that the Louisiana law requiring display of a specific form of the Ten Commandments in each classroom of every public school violated the First Amendment. Link below:
