I once pulled a man’s rotting tooth out of his face with a pair of dirty pliers because he couldn’t sleep from the pain he was in and he was willing to sit thru me pulling it out with only Jack Daniels to numb it because he didn’t have medical coverage and was at his wits end. God bless the USA
