It doesn't really matter what I think. In Bernie's lawsuit the DNC argued it doesn't have to be neutral. Neutrality is a great simple platitude, but when the establishment gets to choose when neutrality is mandatory it's not neutrality.
If I did a shot each time some numpty used “establishment” as a bogeyman against a dude who’s been in elected federal office since fucking 1991, I’d be dead.
Bernie argued against a private party that Sanders is not a member of. Fact is if the DNC wanted to rig anything against him THEY COULD HAVE cuz it’s a CLUB.
They instead let him run in their primary while he failed to adhere to rules he agreed to and then sued them for.
That's not what the lawsuit was about. That was just evidence of bias to show the motivation of DWS in her actions, which was the basis for the lawsuit IIRC.
Sanders is a disgusting misogynist slimeball who as an adult skipped Civil Rights -didn’t even vote until 1980. Not a chance of winning because Black voters are our base. The biggest mistake made was the DNC letting him run in our primary. He’s not a dem. He hates us. Like you do.
The DNC has bigger fish to fry than allow an inexperienced very ageist Vice Chair to cause yet more toxicity and division within the party. I hope Hogg loses his job over this crap.
So just to be clear, you approve of the DNC having bias? It was good of them to be biased against the evil Bernie? Im just trying to understand what you're getting at.
He refused to follow the protocols, then whined when that refusal meant he didn't get what compliance does. He did steal HRC's data and USED it. Just ask those of us suddenly on his emails. Did staff bad mouth him? Yes. Did they DO anything to him? NO! He bullied, lied, laundered $$. BAH!
You are so full of shit. The DNC has always been neutral during the primaries.
Bernie is a loser and has bashed the party and lied about it because he is a loser and can't win a national race. Y'all are using stale talking points.

But they don't run the state elections.
They instead let him run in their primary while he failed to adhere to rules he agreed to and then sued them for.
Democrats rejected him.
Saying it doesn't have to be neutral in no way proves that it isn't.
It only says that the DNC is under no legal obligation to provide its resources to non-members, which is what Sanders wanted.
But that =/= it applied bias.
The point was that Democrats were under no obligation to allow him at debates.
They were being generous to someone who the Republicans were using.
We owe independents NOTHING.
They know it benefits them in their losing fight against the left. They're powerless against the deluge of low approval polls coming out anyway.
Ignore this dead-ender and every sycophant thereafter.

Also.
