First step: get rif of all not yet delivered F-35 deals. For example Finland should propose the following to USA:
- Either we buy only 24 F-35's, and complete with 48 Gripens
- In case of US refusal, we buy only 64 Rafales
Gripen still having a US engine, the Rafale deal must be there, to counter US
