There are guide lines showing you where to cut. I printed mine on bright colors to call attention. Your reps have several different offices they use all over your state, they list the addresses on their website under "contact"

You can send a postcard to every single office they list! Nothing is stopping you! I printed out the addresses on label/sticker paper for ease. Write a personal message on the back if you want!
