No way. They took out the street corner bunny hop that let you fly across the map at light speed if you walk on the edge of the sidewalk

I went to a checkpoint, my car turned off, everyone around me immediately turned hostile, shot me through walls, and several dozen NPCs started spawning at once
When I ran away I got shot in the back from 6 city blocks away😭
