Watched the Katie podcast, and I swear they're making this movie up. Every few minutes, they reveal a new thing about this thing that sounds more ridiculous than the last!

This exactly! I'm definitely taking Katie's advice and never watching it (even though I'm intensely curious about the VR stuff and the weird dream sequence with Donal Sutherland.)
