He didn’t praise Trump. All he said was “It’s honor to have the President at the game, no matter who it is.” Kelce knows how violent and crazy Trumpers are. Any insult against Trump could have led to terrorism at the game.

Playing is/was his passion & calling. As would being a professional dancer or other athelete. The wear & tear on your body & mind, doing it since you were a kid. Knowing you will have to give it up one day. I am in my 50s and still miss it, but hate the aches/pain. It is more than just about $.

Football is no 6 month job, you have to train and diet all year. You are competing against the greatest athletes in the world. This is why there paid in millions, and one play could end there career.

And the decades of work to get there. Few professional athletes just start in high school. The time, most people have no idea. Not a professional, but 3 hrs in the gym 5 days a week, weekend meets or 5 hrs a day, camps for 10 years = only to get too tall and blow out knees.

How long have you played professional sports? Ex ballet dancer & gymnast over 40 years ago, my joints were so torn up it took the enthusiasm & joy I had & made my 20s to current age so much more difficult than my peers...wasn't even tackled by 200 lb men running full throttle. Loser talk indeed.
