I feel like Noxus can still do war crimes without Singed's help if they feel like it, and Hextech still exists in some form. Blitzcrank just doesn't exist anymore though

Yeah, Ambessa legit said that his weapons will be hers, so it’s likely that Noxus kept all of Singed’s chem weapons and ingredients to make them to use for the war on Ionia, the only retcon in this is that Singed wasn’t present, simple as that.

I think hextec is still there, only the corruption through the hexcore is gone, BUT losing all the scientists who actually knew how things worked may have set Piltover's technology back.

Could’nt Singed have been in Ionia before Arcane though? Or he can go after for all i know, if noxus now got knowledge of his skills.
Does all future series have to happen chronologically after Arcane?

He was working in Piltover before the events of Arcane and hadn’t been employed by Noxus.

That means no killing Riven’s comrades, leading her onto her story arc which gets Yasuo exiled and Yone killed as a consequence of that, which leaves Lillia’s connection with Yone in question too.

Saw the interview with the co creator of arcane that necrit had it seems with the answers given they want swain to have the demon earlier than the past lore so we have yet to see the Ionian invasion so they may touch on that. Just some food for thought:)
