oh the jars also come with a zine! I'm including recipes on pickling and using the eggs in recipes and also a soy sauce marinated egg (shelf life wouldn't be enough here for me to find homes for those but so yum)
yes for sure! I started making spicy pickled eggs this summer with nasturtium flowers and herbs and I decided I'd make some for others. The eggs are from a local queer trans owned farm and the chickens are very well cared for. 🐓
