There are so many times in 1.0 when vics are given a plain gray zip up hoodie to replace soiled or collected (evidence) clothing that is clear SVU just has a stash of them. And sometimes the detectives grab one too. I love the fic fanon but I'm w you, there's no real EO hoodie
