have to verify identification with code they sent you. Then you actually have to verify identity with Canada Post either online or in person with ID. I will go in person. Hope staff are trained. They verify,gets sent to Liberals. They approve verification & email with further voting instructions.
Got it all figured out after some back and forth with driend. The instructions are very difficult and confusing especially if you have never voted for leader.
