It has been an absolute nightmare to work with Flex. I made my first payment, got a confirmation email from Flex, and then immediately got an email about my payment being refunded. So now my 1st half of rent is just in money limbo? My bank will do nothing to help and Flex? Well, they've been no help
Hey all! I wanted to put it out there that the most recent reason I was calling for mutual aid (on my artist focused account) was because we attempted to use Flex to pay our rent and were promptly screwed out of it. Honestly, try to avoid using Flex at all.
