Oh I can see the issue! you gave me a good idea for a gift for a friend of mine learning Italian. Now I have to decide among the books you listed to your last blog post what to add to my reading list (probably not "The C Programming Language")😂
I didn't know they came back to fame, like seriously?? Sorry, I like them, they were great back in their heydays but oh do we produce anything new these days??
DDJ-400 + Rekordbox + SoundCloud Go (have tried all the other services and found Soundcloud to consistently give the most bangers) + MacBook Pr +Audio-Technica ATH-M50x, real beginner level stuff
Lovely as always, Vicki. I never engaged much on Twitter and left before the recent-ish fall into crap, but I'm having great fun here. Curiosity: I shamefully never really used the Mistral fam, why do you prefer it particularly?
I started using it because it was one of the first open source models (for some contentious definition of open source) and it gave consistently good answers. Cracked team, just look at their paper. https://arxiv.org/abs/2310.06825
Yeh for sure, I'm rooting for more open source in this space. Also not gonna lie, I'm really happy there's a strong European contender, I think Europe should push more in that space. Never read that paper so will do now, thanks!
