And today….Meta announces they will be making major changes to content moderation on Facebook and Instagram, getting rid of fact checkers and replacing them with user-generated “community notes,” similar to Elon Musk’s X.

Facebook's current moderation isn't much cop either. I reported eight fake Scotrail pages last week (see list at https://www.facebook.com/search/pages/?q=%22scotrail%22) which were posting scams in their ads. All of them came back with "doesn't go against our Community Standards" and are still up today.
