Are there "no third spaces" or are you an influencer who must spend 8+ hours a day online interacting with people to make money, and putting in the time and effort it takes to get something socially valuable out of being in third spaces seems not worth the potential return

I've seen "ppl dont have third places to hang out in anymore" repeated enough times as practically an article of faith by a lot of terminally online types that I am at the point of wanting them to specifically explain which third places theyre talking about & how they differ from 10-15 years ago
