If the US pulls out of NATO, which would be stupid but still possible, Europe will have to deal with its alliance in the best way possible. It has inherent strength and it needs to use it now rather than wait.
So right. This “all 27” veto has to change somehow. When they include new members, it is written out of the EU constitution for good make it a 60% majority decision - that will get things done!

I honestly think this is an influence the EU misses post-Brexit.
