NATO responds same, but in rural empty part of W. Russia, says next will be a Russian mil base.

Europe does fight back through Ukraine. And it took billions of dollars in frozen Russian money and assets to use it for Ukraine.
Finland and Sweden entered NATO and Ukraine is entering NATO and EU.🤷🏻♀️
'Is the West too afraid to act?' is provocative and misleading framing (particularly as European made bombs are landing within Russia!).
A better question is 'Why are we seeing this escalation?'
