Let's not forget. Ukraine is intrinsically about a Civil War spanning decades if not centuries. Prima facie: overthrow of government by one faction in 2014. Prima facie: Eastern Ukraine favors Russia blatantly. Central Ukraine wants PEACE. The dark comedy must end.
