Germany needs to launch the war industry that does not exist in the EU and quickly all of the EU will restart. There is everything to produce, from trucks to uniforms, shoes and weapons, it will be 3/4 of the GDP.

Merz is a good choice and is the very opposite to Merkel. He advocates a liberal economy, lower taxes, a smaller role for the state and a stricter immigration policy. At the same time, he cares about the rule of law and supporting the UA against Russian aggression.
