Relieved to see that at least 1 world power reacts. The EU's response sofar has been inexistant, what a disappointment is @vonderleyen.ec.europa.eu @ec.europa.eu
So pick a trade war with a country that has a government that has no concerns over unemployment, that can continue to trade with all the countries you have pissed off and has lots of cash on hand.
So, President Trump’s tariff fantasy is, “I’ll break your legs now and you will suffer but, you will heal. And, after you heal, you’ll be able to walk almost as well as before I broke your legs. For this, I want Americans and historical trading partners to be grateful.” Do I have this right?
Trump's latest tariffs has resulted in new trade initiatives among US allies in Europe, S Korea and Japan with China. The longer Trump's war on cooperative endeavors continue, the more interdependent these relationships will become.
