There should be a short list of questions that they are only allowed to answer yes or no to. No gotcha questions. Just basic stuff mostly sourced from the Charter of Rights. All on the record so that if they act contrary it can be referred to. If you can't or won't answer you can't be a politician.

Qualifications? This election for me, is who is qualified to understand the most pressing issues to Canada’s sovereignty. Who is qualified to understand the economy and policy ramifications; and allot money appropriately to defending and supporting Canadians in our own independence & prosperity.
