When I lived in Europe during his last term, I was actually told to tell people I was Canadian because being American was (and is) incredibly unpopular in Europe, not only because of trump, but currently in large part because of him.
And if you listen to maga he has finally brought respect back to the US after Biden. They just keep repeating nonsense in their echo chamber and eventually they believe it. Everyone else is wrong even in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
