The film “Hidden Figures” depicts the journey of three women. Mary Jackson is one of them. She was NASA’s first Black female engineer. Her work was pivotal in the space race. NASA’s HQ in Washington bears her name. She broke barriers in aerospace transforming wind tunnel research. Great legacy!

It also gave me more awareness of the many contributions made to society & science, that were hidden by white man. Something I discuss with my white sons.
We must ensure an equal playing field for all.
