I was wondering what Jack meant by 'very very common crowd'. I don't think the article interprets it well.

Yes I think that is a more fair reading. I'm not even remotely a jack fan boy, I just think think it was an unfair reading of it as meaning the poor riffraff. I think he sorta meant a more lowest common denominator Left Twitter-style mob. Which is a commonplace social media presence.

I didn’t know who Fiatjaf was in name but I got that he was/is a Bolsonaro supporter. The article makes it sound like the money was give to Fiatjaf, but he’s not part of OpenSats and gave away the 14 bitcoin Jack sent him.

In terms of the protocol Fiatjaf has pushed against the idea that nostr promoting any political ideology.

Obviously I’m not happy about this. Sometimes flawed people make good tech.
