This stuff'll show up overnight and an ego is forced into triage. Sometimes it'll be years. Egos allowed incremental adjustments to new normals. By time it's bad, maybe you're used to it. Maybe you're lucky like me and have an ignorant ego and firm placement in your own shoes despite yourself.
