I think what we are seeing now, got its start on July 16, 2018, when Putin and tRUMP, met for two hours behind closed doors. I think Putin dangled a golden carrot tRUMP could not refuse. The plan just got derailed for 4 years. We will be annexed by Russia. The US is now ripe for the taking.
