This was very enlightening. Just another sad case of people's expectations being used against them. Everyone I criticized RFK Jr's appointment to mentioned a hope that he might fix their food. It's so sad how much misinformation is out there. You do good work.

The meida has spent the last 20 years being paid by Pharma to push a high fat diet as healthy. Pharma makes up insane diets like organic or keto for the meida to push as healthy, yet all are high fat high calories body destroying diets. It takes a RFK to combat these non stop lies. As off the wall

I try to eat organic,My veggies grow locally.I buy organic when available and shop daily.
My food often has the occasional bug or is going off.
I don't mind that.
Big pharma did push anything on me.
Keto is just stupid and wasn't big pharma either.
