He's got a good base to work with, the likes of Torp, Sheaf, Eccles. Those natural central midfielders must be looking forward to seeing where they can develop their game. I think it will take us to the 'next level' just from the exposure of having him in charge will create. Yes added pressure,

He sounds like he wants to succeed, has gone away to refresh. Has done the tough manager job, (like Robins did here before) being the spokesperson

And link between departments. Now, he will come into a team which has solid foundations, and not a team who is struggling. It comes across that he has learnt from his previous experiences. You don't manage a team like Chelsea for no reason.
