It's a step up from last year, but it's still pretty barebones. Just a basic doc with some at-a-glance stats, and then more detailed per-game notes below that. Tracking which deck, which seat I was in, and which position I finished in. May start tracking which seat wins, too.

In between games, I do also track which decks I rotate out (I only carry a certain amount at a time, and if one wins, I rotate it), and which decks get updates.

Here is mine from last year! However I had forgotten to track how many games were 4 players and how many 3 players, which is important since the expected winrate is 25% in the first case and 33% in the second

I started tracking my playgroup’s commander games near the middle (?) of last year. And it’s super interesting to see how each of us has basically won 25% of the time. Glorious.
I track who won with what but of those who lost, what place (2nd, 3rd, 4th) they got and what they played.

No more spreadsheets thanks to @playgroupgg.bsky.social Everything is tracked and saved with their lifetracker app.

It's been a blast following my own decks and my playgroups progression. I really recommend it.

This is my 2024 spreadsheet, it's suffering from scope creep and is not the most well organised, but the graphs it spits out are excellent.
Once I get a chance to clean it up for the new year I can share a fresh version of you like

I started a note where I write down the name of the commander and whether or not it won or lost. It’s pretty simple for now, but if I can keep the habit up I’ll probably look into tracking more granular date. A spreadsheet would be kind of awesome.

Going to keep better track this year, but I'm mostly still looking at how many I played and how much I liked them.

Last year I played no Mono Green, Izzet or Grixis decks, so they need be represented more this year. I want to try and play colour combos I played more last year, less this year.

I keep one running when I'm brewing/playtesting. I'll run 3 rounds with a given deck like the left set, and the right set is just a running win/loss count with simple SUM formulas. Rows read across for a given deck vs the opponents. It's nothing fancy but maybe it'll give you a staring point.

My 2025 spreadsheet is still missing one or two formulas, but I was quite satisfied with my 2024 spreadsheet. (Am adding time played and at what round ppl were eliminated in 2025).

After watching EDHREC and One Mana, I changed the focus to these achievements:
Is the deck thematic to the commander (i.e. can I throw weapons and cause property damage with Capt America)?
Are others at the table enjoying the deck?
Am I actually able to become or shirk threat when needed?
