My wife just introduced me to American drug commercials... WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?!?!!?

How the hell is that allowed to air when the commercial spends half of it listing major and potentially life-threatening side effects 😱
And more worrisome. How has Americans just gotten use to it?!?
