I was going to say the more Nintendo/Pokémon. There’s been some horribly performing games that always seem to get a pass for nostalgia sake, and they almost never do any voice acting for full priced modern games. Then add in the $30+ DLCs with even worse performance than the base game

Ever notice that no one ever mentions MLB the show's stub system ever. Yet you always hear about FIFA/EA FC & Madden ultimate teams (FUT and MUT), and NBA 2k's virtual currency. No one makes a peep about stubs being in the same boat as the others. Kinda odd IMHO

Speaking as a casual MLB the show player, I have never even looked at the microtransactions so maybe its just that the playerbase doesn't even bother with them? Maybe I'm wrong and MLB the Show has whales, but that's what makes the most sense to me (it also just has a way smaller player base)
