As everything is being destroyed let's think seriously how we want to rebuild when this shitstorm is over. Solutions Oriented Change. Look at how countries with free education & free heath care are faring. Countries with a focus on climate change solutions. A focus on well being & freedom for all.

Absolutely. College was the goal for many years. I hear ads on the radio saying college isn't worth it. Sure, they're a for-profit IT training program. My mother never went to college, and sending us was her priority. JD needs to read Hill Women. College saved rural Appalachian women.
Let's be clear: a culture that celebrates ignorance and stupidity rather than intellectual accomplishment and prioritizes training far more than education is largely to blame. If abilities usually acquired through a rigorous program in the humanities were prized, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in.
