TMI but everyone is a stranger on the internet.

Had a sweet treat and now my body is stuck in a limbo of confused pain that’s like focused on my tummy.

Can’t tell if I’m gonna poop my pants or spontaneously vomit if I try to move as I suffer through this horrendous feeling. 😫😭
