The Republican budget includes cutting $2 trillion from "mandatory" Federal spending which covers programs like Medicare, Medicaid and food benefits known as SNAP, while giving $4.5 trillion in tax breaks to ultra-wealthy billionaires and corporations, while raising the debt ceiling by $4 trillion.
