Quick look at their website and interesting to note their board of directors isn't mentioned. Nor their staff, except for a guy named "Steve" in the contact email. Because they just formed in 2024, there isn't a 990 to check on anything either. There is this proud announcement in business wire.

I have only used glass and cast iron since before the turn of the century. I hated that non-stick coatings always came off. I’m glad I avoided them, but I and mine will still be a victim to this bullshit for a century at least.

All Clad’s stainless steel is highly regarded and recommended and I would assume where they make their big bucks so it feels weird they’re being super defensive about nonstick

I know not everyone has the means, but if you do, I have to say we have been very satisfied with our GreenPan frying pans and Merten & Storck Dutch oven. All suitable for induction cooking.
