Would the journal be interested in visual depictions of science? I.e. graphic novels or graphical abstracts done in collaboration with and for researchers?

I mean, yes, absolutely, we're trying hard to fill it with visual content that sets it apart from your average scholarly journal. But we don't really have a budget for that, just very small honoraria for artists who so far have been incredibly generous to us. Maybe someday!

Mainly in the loss of access to the sea in all but one beach. And the ritual tradition of salt making unique to the Ngabere group that travel to this place annually to produce mrem, a boiled salt with a hint of char.
