2. Break down for all significant groups (PP, EAL, male, female - whatever is relevant in your context)

6. QLA (question-level analysis) - go through every question from every paper and work out the average score⦠4/
7. Break these averages down by class - use as a basis to coach teachers to work on their own areas for development and identify personal targets for specific areas of the spec⦠5/
8. Compare your averages to last year. Think - what are the trends? Where are the improvements? Declines? Do you know why?

9. Find students who have got full marks or close to it on each question and request those scripts from the board (this might mean you are requesting loads of scripts, but itβs worth it!)β¦ 7/
