I don’t know if your 100 mile border zone maps are correct. The US External Border is 12 miles off the coast. All the maps online have been drawn from the coastline. https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/8/287.1

This map shows a version of the ACLU map in pink and I have plotted the US External Boundary (thin redline) with the 100 mile border in thick red line. The pink area uses the coastline as the boundary and gives the CBP a much larger area to search. Can a lawyer confirm the correct boundary?
