We all pay into this, every paycheck over our whole lives.... the government needs to keep their sticky hands out of citizens cash. Isn't it enough we pay taxes literally everywhere else? They need to spend it more wisely.

There isn’t a payment to receive from this. It is a trust, so to pay into a trust pays out nothing. The external must understand its ability to accommodate.

So when I run payroll for 300+ employees, and one of the deductions I have to balance is Social Security and Disabilty for for the EE and the EO portion, that money is literally taken from EVERY paycheck...

If we certify the intention based upon a library share. Then none would do the work of insuring such. When people stop paying. The market quality could be better or worse off. When these payment issues happen, sometimes remediation is very expensive to explain. Such a payment isn’t considered money.
