He definitely did! Two could have returned as ordered. 1 hadn't even taken off yet. Of the 2 inflight, one person reported they ignored it because the were "over international waters" at the time. AKA "Gulf of America"!

We have issues with illegal immigration. But using Alien Enemies Act unconstitutionally and sending "PSAs" like the one below does not fix the issue. I encourage ACLU to seek disbarring Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi.
