The "DEI Watch List" website was setup by the American Accountability Foundation whose Wordpress site was created by this guy: https://digitalcardinal.com/ (Thanks @pfish.zone). Their real name appears to be Christian Porter, feel free to tell everyone to never use them for anything at all ever.

Federal health workers are expressing fear and alarm after a website called “DEI Watch List” published the photos, names and public information of a number of workers across health agencies, describing them as “targets.”
