It's actually already a fairly common wrestling move in Japanese wrestling. The only real embellishment they added was the recipient spinning in the air after the fact. I wouldn't be surprised if it was already in games like Tekken where they've based characters off of wrestlers
The grappler does do a spin with the opponent but the irl landing for the grappler is a 180 not a 360. The opponent usually does a 360 but this is a wrestling move so that part is likely the recipient participating in the move.
