It’s hard to see on my phone — I just see one guy pull out zip ties or cuffs from his shirt and hand it to another one. The bystander repeatedly asking “why are you hiding your faces?” is right on. Plus, a massive 🖕🏻🖕🏻 to the two women thugs involved.
