I’ve been looking for the APTP response that’s union busting and can’t find it - can you drop a link? All I’ve seen is the letter from the families expressing concern about the union.

The families didn’t write that letter, and it is inappropriate that they were even asked to sign onto it.

And they didn’t even get the names right. Darell Richards, killed by police in 2018, was listed as “Dale Richards” next to his mother’s name that was added to the letter.

you may not have recognized it but it was mostly by omission. In the statement they did not acknowledge multiple things. Like that the “excluded” staff were managers/being groomed for mgmt. Or how they ignored the union letter/deadline. Or the retention of a union busting law firm. To name a few.

Or the retaliatory firing of a union organizer on the same day the letter was sent in December. That’s a big one.
