I love Geno, and I understand the cap move, but I keep telling myself to trust the process and trust this qb friendly system. The following qbs have made the playoffs and SB in this system: Jimmy G, Purdy, Tua, Goff ( two teams), Matt Ryan, Stafford, Love, Burrow and Darnold.
