Alle Wissenschaften sollten sowieso dual untergliedert werden. In dem Fall Statistik und Stochastik. Für Mathe habe ich dies für derzeitige Lehre in meinem "Mathe 1.Klasse bis Abitur" zwar gemacht, Mathe ist jedoch interdisziplinär u sollte keine Sachgebiete wie Geometrie u Algebra enthalten.

Reform is definitely needed but we must also be very careful in deciding what to reform and how to do it, lest we end up doing nothing or doing worse than status quo. E.g., should we create an entirely different subject in high school (stochastics), or is revising stats subjects enough?

Richtig ist, Fokus auf WAS wir reformieren! Vielgepriesene 21st Century-Skills sind Nebensache. Besinnen auf die Funktion der LKs zu LEHREN u zwar so, daß SuS nicht unnütz viel lernen müssen, sondern sofort Begreifen können.
Statistik/Stochastik sind Teilgebiete, die zwar benannt aber nicht gelernt

I exactly agree that we should focus on what we are reforming although I think we have different opinions on what that should be.
