Sicilian-style pizza. Bread flour, salt, instant yeast, EVO, water, food processor: dough. EVO, garlic, oregano, red flake, tomatoes, sugar, salt: sauce. Mozzarella, Romano, pepperoni, baked as hot as oven will go on oiled sheet: pizza. Delicious, chewy, airy crust & not as much work as it sounds

Get a good digital scale. Weighing ingredients = more consistent results.
Dough can be started beforehand. In a bowl, add all the water, yeast, 1/2 the flour. Cover bowl. Put in a warm place at least 12 hours. This softens the gluten, so dough is easier to knead
