i remember being 12-13 waiting weekly for the manga chapters to release,,,,,after yrs of perspective i can say while the series was def flawed, it had great moments & ideas and i hold a lot of fondness for it despite how wack it could get at times,,,,

YES THE DRAGONS WERE GREAT INSPO FOR MY OWN DRAGON ART TOO,,,,also tried drawing the characters as well & it was probably my first attempts at drawing human characters bc i was primarily a pokemon artist back then
